Relayout book in Adobe Indesign

I have an a 52 page A6 book in Adobe Indesign that I want to relayout as an 64 page A5 book.
I need the book to be revamped with a few additional articles being added. The increased space will also be taken up by incorporating a large number of full colour photos. The job entails
1. Relay out the book (changing font throughout) table of contents, header sizes, numbering etc to match the new dimensions and number of pages.
2. Incorporate new photos (some as whole pages) others in the body of text and adjust for offset printing.
3. Incorporate new copy in book.
4. Simple redesign of cover.

I will supply the former book in INdesign, together with the photos and new copy. Ideally the job will be competed by 3rd November.
