my site [url removed, login to view] need 2 things fixed. when a user fills out their information it is automatically emailed to me. however on this page [url removed, login to view] the information the user clicks on isnt being submitted in the email. also on this page [url removed, login to view] the email isnt being submitted. thats all i need fixed.
