I´ve been working with multinational companies over 9 years now, which has given me a broad skiil set, for instance I´m fully bilingual english-spanish, while a Customer Care Specialist I developed proficiency in internet searching and researching to provide correct information to customers via email, chat and over the phone, also eficient data entry and phone etiquette. While Technical support representative I provided solutions for issues related to computers´ hardaware and software, and also provided support for internet services, troubleshooting wireless and hard-wired ne tworks, software installation, modem configurations, etc.
