You used to love your business. Then one day you wake up and realise that the fires that once burned inside you are GONE. Instead of lighting industry fires you spend your days dealing with constant problems and putting out fires. Your employees are miserable and doing their own thing, your customers are fleeing like bandits who just robbed a bank and your profits are as elusive as the Loch Ness Monster. What happened and what do you plan on doing to reverse this situation?
Enter Dean Cane. 41 Years old with 23 years of experience working extensively in service related businesses. An enterprise strategist consultant with a difference. I roll up my sleeves and get into the trenches with the owner and the employees and develop turn-around strategies that will stick. Turn around strategies are only effective if actually implemented. I fiercely drive the execution of these strategies and achieve measurable results but most importantly develop systems, procedures and policies that ensure sustainable growth. Once the deliverables are achieved, I exit the business.
