竞赛简介
I'm a Realtor and was recently hired to take over the marketing for the land in the development. BlackWarriorLiving.com is the development and it's an environmentally-friendly outdoor community. There's no streetlights, no curb or gutters, the homes are placed around the natural terrain and trees as to not disturb the environment.
I currently have a 462 acre parcel listed with an 8 acre lake on it. There are 3 lakes on the property total and it borders the Black Warrior River. All lots are at least 10 acre estate-sized lots with the option to buy bulk acreage if desired. We're about to put a 200-acre riverfront parcel on the market soon.
This banner/sign will be displayed at the entrance to the development
LEGAL: to be compliant with my state's laws, my company's logo must be displayed on the banner/sign and it must be larger than my name (font size). I'll need my company's name, as well as my name and my contact info on it.
