Hello
I require a logo for my business "DJ Nick Burrett".
DJ Nick Burrett provides a professional mobile disco and disc jockey service for high end clients who wish to hire an entertainer who will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that both the client and their guests will have a fun, unique, and memorable events.
Ideally I'm looking for a text based logo which emphasises a quality service. Please stay clear of headphones, or mixing DJs.
If you choose to use an image in your logo, I like decibel meters, vinyl records, microphones - but feel free to experiment.
I'm not sure I require a tagline, but if you would like to feature one in your design please use "Guest Interaction Specialist" or "djnickburrett.com"
The finished artwork should be delivered as an AI or EPS file.

Could you please tell me why's my entry #35 immediately rejected? What's wrong with it? because on my PERSPECTIVE as a designer, its not that bad at all, not even 1 star was given.

I'm not comfortable with the typeface. I don't believe that it portrays the image of a professional DJ who is versatile enough to handle any occasion. I believe it would be more in keeping with a young club style DJ. It was immediately rejected because I don't think it is in keeping with the brand I'm trying to create.

I don't think the angle presented it as well as it could be presented. I just feel that #24 and #17 are visually stronger.
