I need a logo designed for a marcom (marketing and communication) agency in Scandinavia. The agency is just starting, so at this point, there are few restrictions in terms of how the logo could look. By making a great logo, you could help shape the entire design of the agency.
The agency is called "TÆNDT".... Tændt means "turned on" or "on" and is also a play on the word content (the pronounciation of tændt is close to the english "tent").
We are an outsourced marketing and communications department - primarely focusing on Small and medium sized companies within IT and tech.
Obviously, it is natural to see the logo as either a lightbulb or a chip - playing on the meaning of the word.. That will be fine, but we'd also like ideas that something completely different.
Another idea would be to focus a lot on the letter Æ.. (read more about it here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%86).
But those are just ideas... Please come up with your own ideas - the more original, the better.
The logo, however, should signal that we specialize in tech, which, I guess, would mean a strong, edgy logo, (not too soft)... and colours that resemble our clients (i.e. often dark blue, etc.) would probably work best..
In short: It is completely up to you what you focus on with the logo, just keep in mind, that it is for a marcom agency that targets small IT and tech companies, so the logo should reflect that.
Please also note, that we are NOT trying to send a message that we are a young and hip agency - rather we want to send the message that we a agency with seasoned and professional people who really know their stuff :-)

Hi, I've been working on your logo, and for me the important concept is the "on". I think the idea of on, is very important in marketing and communication, and even more so if it focuses on technology companies. That's why I've worked out some ideas. As an overall comment, I would like to say, that I probably prefer the bolder logos (as opposed to those with very thin lines). I also like where the logo contain a special symbol (like some of you have done by making the T look special)...However, I have rated most of these low, as I didn't actually like the look of the T...but I like the concept...... Please keep them coming...and don't be afraid to try something completely different :-)
