Hi there,
Thanks for checking our contest. We are looking for a logo for our startup called "love tell earn". Those are
also the steps our customers go thru to earn back money for their recommendation:
1. LOVE: (Buy and) Love our award-winning baby carrier
2. TELL: Tell your friends about us and your great new product.
3. EARN: Earn money back: If 3 friends buy, you get £150 reimbursed. If 2 buy, you get £100 back. If 1 buys, you get £50. We pay you as soon as your 1st friend buys.

Our target customers are:
Young moms and dads
The logo should
• Be simple and straightforward (!)
• Include the brand name "love tell earn" (!)
• Be neutral to products (i.e. not show a baby - we plan to offer many different products under the "love tell earn" brand)
• Work on any background (that is it should also work in black/white only)
The winner of this contest should provide the design in vector files and standard files like jpg or png as well as a favicon in 32x32 pixels.
Please make sure this is your own work and you have all rights to it. Please make sure your designs differ from each other in case you submit more than one great idea.

Does the logo need to be in black and white?

it doesn't have to be but logos in black/white work on all backgrounds. Colorful logos do not work well on colored backgrounds (IMHO)
