  Hello thank you for the ratings, a close run what was the missing thing on my entry I am just asking to improve on for next time.

     Hey, it was very close indeed. I personally really liked the space, the large windows and the dynamics of the facade. Our doubts are related to the strict guidelines we are dealing with, namely that the whole facade needs to be built on the line, and the roof can't stick out like that. So this is more to do with our restrictions than your design, it was awesome ;)

     Thank you for replying... I am happy especially about the fact that the things you liked are the things I was aiming for, But all components you saw were kept in within the Bld.Env I think even the street side façade of the Bld were 50cm deep in to the envelope line, the park side might look as though its out of the boundary lines but its at the point on Bld.envelope Lines Including the roof, roof elements you saw the heights of it were at a max 19-21m, I really enjoyed doing this the constraints you've mentioned were the challenges that made it very interesting to work on, as a designer, please contact me to check on this errors b/c I will review them but corrections won't affect the spaces and design you saw,
