We need a cantilever sign Photoshop into this image for the intersection. Please look at the required files zip. Included is jpeg and PSD to edit from.

Make sure it is tall, readable, and noticeable when you drive past by it.
Make it modern similar to the Buena park sample but don't copy.
Needs to say "Downtown San Pedro" and have a arrow pointing to the right.
It also needs to say "Arts • Dining • Entertainment"
