On our site, we're switching from a step by step registration form (that needed to be completed in one go) to a simple registration process where the client can then log in, then click on a series of (windows 8 like) tiles that will bring up that portion of the form, for them to complete.

I am looking for someone to design 20 tiles for the different sections of the form.

Sections are:
- Personal Details
- Occupation
- Training (what training have they completed in the past)
- Bank details
- Tax details
- Superannuation
- Insurance
- Vehicle
- Working hours
- Rate card (the client's billing rates)
- Call packs (an internal call answering service sold in a pre-paid packs)
- Email
- Business cards
- public profile
- Terms and conditions
- How to page: How to create an invoice
- How to page: How to submit an expense
- How to page: How to set up email on phone
- How to page: What is the ancillary system, and what does it do

These tiles to fit 4 or 5 across a standard web page.
Each tile to include a icon (I understand that some of these it may be hard)

Tiles will disappear when the relevant info for that page (click on tile to bring up page) has been completed, so there can't be a pattern background that depends on the tile order.
Would prefer a background colour/scheme/texture over white.

Rough guide for dimensions
180 high x 300 wide

Please design 1 or 2 tiles from the above list.
