Ubora Business Services LLC is a Kenyan startup. We will employ Kenyan youth in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) jobs. Think, call centers. The jobs will be at centers throughout the country in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and even towns. This will make a significant economic impact in these smaller communities. "Ubora" is Kiswahili for "Quality", "Goodness", or "Excellence". We need a logo that shows that we are an African company and that we can deliver quality services to Multi-National Corporations, similar to what companies in The Philippines and India have been doing for many years. Can you create us a logo that is professional and also African? The right "look" can help us market large companies so we can create hundreds of jobs!
Please keep the entries coming in! I've seen some nice work, but haven't see "it" yet. I tend to like the ones with color and the ones that "look like Africa".
Update: I see a number of entries which use the graphical element of the shape of Africa as a continent. I haven’t seen too many other graphical depictions that say Africa (an elephant, a drum, etc.). Any other ideas come to mind?
Update Note: There is the potential for more graphics work for the winner! We are a startup and need media.

All: thank you very much for the entries. It has spurred our thinking a lot. At this time we are thinking not to use the African continent in the logo, but globes showing Africa are nice.
