So based on what you have here so far I like the concept. A few things: Give the vest buttons that also accent the gold. OR give the jacket two buttons, either the vest or the jacket. Right now I prefer the jacket. ---- Now for the cape, I do want it to be apart of the ensemble but I don't want it be attached to the jacket. I'd like it to look like it is attached under the collar or lapels of the jacket. Let's light up his hands as well, some display of power would do on one or both of them.
