I want to see what my home would look like w/ a luxury renovation completed. Please use all photos to help you get an idea of the space, but you don't have to deliver but a good 15 photos of key spaces (listed below). This would be a luxury renovation, so feel free to include materials that are more expensive, and incorporate design ideas you feel are beautiful

Take the listing photos attached, and create an updated modern rendering for Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Exterior areas, Living Room, Etc. Probably take 1) Exterior Front 2) Exterior Side 3) Exterior Rear 4) Pool and Deck Area 5) Kitchen 6) Dining Room 7) Living Room 8) Master Bedroom 9) Master Bath and do a virtual re-Design with some small elements like kitchen island moved, maybe a wall removed, but cosmetically updated in floors, lights, paint, appliances, etc. Just need to get a good idea of what these spaces could look like if renovated / updated cosmetically and modified in simple ways (adding /removing walls, moving / relocating island, etc) to see what home would look like updated today.

If you need any creative direction, please message me and I will tell you what I'm looking for! I want a modern / contemporary update, so I'm open to seeing how various artists run with a vision in their head, but also I will advise edits and revisions I really like!

A furniture designer used to own / live in this home. Since selling the home to us, he released a new furniture line. Almost all the furniture was inspired by the home, and he shot all his marketing material for the line here at the house. Going through the catalog can give you all an idea of the potential for these spaces in terms of decor and furnishings. Feel free to use some of his furniture if you can snip the images or similar pieces—in some of your renderings w/ furnishings, etc.

Your house is beautiful, with great potential! Quick question, what do you think about exposing the natural brick in the foyer/living room? Do you prefer to keep it white?

  I would be fine exposing it if it worked with final decisions...original in 1975 it was, and it may be a great design choice to do that. It could also be covered with another product (wood panel, tile, etc.) and saved for another renovation in 15 or 20 years, etc. But I would love to see designs exposing the brick again, because I think it is at least worth experimenting and seeing if there are ways to bring out the best of the home in a re-design while still paying homage to the original design choices.

  Yes it's a little odd...the master suite entry is at the top of the stairs, and at entry on left is Wife's closet and toilet, and to right and in front is main area for vanity, sink, tub, and shower, etc. and my closet is up on right. Yo you have to walk through master bath / closet entries to get into bedroom area which is mostly glass and has the balcony

  Thank you for your response. Would you like to keep all the glass fixtures in the master bedroom as it is, or would you like to remove some of it, maybe replace it with some shading devices like, louvers, for privacy concerns?

  I am willing to pick several "winners" depending on the skill and creativity I see. For example, I may award one FreeLancer the full price because they presented the best project, but I may also privately pay 2 or 3 other designers who had great submissions for their work, but also for their time making revisions to the pieces of what they submitted I liked. You could still make $250-$600 for your original submission plus a few revisions to the one or two or three areas of the home I really liked, because I don't want to execute the full vision of I selected as a winner.
  
  I like a lot of what I'm seeing so far in terms of color and material choices, but it is very dark...I do like how bright an white the home is, so I don't know how dark I want the whole home you know? So I may really like 2 or 3 or 4 creative visions for the home, and work with people after the contest ends to work further revising great creative visions with my own requests

  I will pay all designers I like for their original submission and then for continued revisions, and when I have a really great cosmetic vision for what I like, I can then take all of this stuff to a local contractor, architect, and engineer and have them draw up spec plans for construction.
