It´s not possible dock toolbar. It´s possible add controls in "Formatting" Bar. See images.

...by the way. Sorry but i don´t test it in Office 2016 because my Dev iMac is in Mountain Lion, It isn´t compatible. My Macbook is in Yosemite but i don´t install this by once contest. Sorry, again.

This solution is in Office for mac 2011. I don´t have Office for mac 2016, yet. I beginnig download now!!! Forget this requirement.

Look. Our app (I like this!!!) create a new "floating" toolbox. The issue is that this toolbar isn´t dock in Top´s toolbars. If you wish appears dock, only we can do incrust controls in "Formatting" toolbar like the image.

Thank you for this, so you not able to add new toolbar for our app. but only add more controls over format toolbar ?
