I need a logo designed. I need a logo designed for a new group composed of researchers and scientists whose main focus is improving women health and empowering women to access health care - move health care from hospital to community, also improve pregnancy outcomes - but holistically improve omens health outcomes - includes social issues. The group is called Women's Health Initiative Translation Unit (WHITU). Please include the text "WHITU" in some versions of the logo and then other versions without the text. The logo should be fresh, simple, with some color and representative of the vision below. Also,l need it in various formats eg JPG , png, ai, eps

VISION: The overarching objective of WHITU is to create an internationally recognized women’s health center that maximizes holistically women’s health and well-being. It will maximise equity, equality, health and empowerment for all women by practices guided by evidence, as well as women’s lived experiences in a culturally respectful way. By providing transformative care at all stages of life, women will have a multidimensional individualized approach that will be underpinned by models of care that are translatable and relevant to all communities. The approaches will be scientifically tested to ensure that our programs are effective, affordable, sustainable and deliver improved outcomes for women, their children and their communities.
