Hi

I need something very small and simple:

I would like to have the words "Top" and "Flop" in the intro, between the two words should be an oversized "/".

Regarding effects: I imagine this in neon light, with a " Glow-Effect". Additionally it should be switched on (possibly offset) and also flickering briefly. So like an old neon tube.

And of course the matching sound effect. But since then I might also pick it out.

After both are glowing, "Top" should shine (or an effect like when it's polished or something, if you know what I mean), while "Flop" falls apart
