竞赛简介

I am an Airbnb host and let out a spare room in my house. The space is called "Urban Villa".
I would like some basic stationery and a booklet (guest information) to be put inside the room. Currently I just have 1 x A4 sheet with the information, but would like to present this in a more aesthetic, functional and attractive format (small booklet or similar).
Also, I would like to have a greeting card (two-sided); one side will have a design with logo/picture, and I will write a hand written, personalised note on the other side (similar to postcard).
Also, a business card with web link/QR code and contact info would be handy.
There could be minimal incorporation of the Airbnb stylised logo, etc.

I would have a local printer print the documents and so I would like the format to be optimised in terms of paper stock utilisation and print costs. Or I may print on my home printer.
I am happy to hear your suggestions and also change the logo, etc.
