I need a Photoshop help to remove the background from the atached image and adding an existing logo . Description in the attached jpg.

Your task would be straight-forward:
- Remove the current background from the image
- Replace it with a transparent background
- Drop the attached logo into the space described
- Deliver a jpg and Photoshop file
