竞赛简介
A 3-frame comic strip in English. Simple and without color.
Frame1 : CEO says angrily to Middle manager: "We really need the team to dig-in ...... and search for root causes for that! " (root causes - in bold)
Frame2: Middle Mgr replies (but not convinced, and also worried) : Urr....Yes, sir ...But can we first discuss one of our priority issues?" CEO: "And what's that?" Middle Mgr : "High employee turnover rate. It was mentioned twice a priority issue during the last 2 management meetings ! "
Frame3: CEO says easily: "Well, that's easy. It's quite clear. It's due to our crappy management team!"
Middle Mgr (looks shocked, talks to himself) : "Wow ! That was the quickest root cause analysis! "
Setting:
Frame 1: Zoom out from an office building. As if the voice is heard from outside the building. CEO can be seen from the window... looks angry. CEO is a 45-50 yr old man, sleek hair, slightly overweight , dressed in blazer/suit (without a tie).
Frame 2 & 3 : Zoom in - Inside the CEO's office. CEO has a desktop name-card or title with his name and position (Mr. Ben Zolisky - CEO). Middle Mgr (Mr. Harry) - bald-headed, approx 50 yrs old, overweight (fat) , wears glasses, wears a hardly-buttoned shirt and tie.
Feel free to draw the characters as you wish. The descriptions above are my suggestions. But you can suggest something better if you want.
This is the first comic strip. I will probable need to draw one comic strip every two months. It will be used as a marketing tool for our lean consulting company (I am a partner/owner in this company). The comic strip format needs to be editable, since we will make another copy in Arabic. (I will handle the translation). So the output needs to be editable for that reason - to make an Arabic version (maybe also Spanish, later on). So I do hope I can partner with someone, in order to continue this journey together.
