竞赛简介

I would URGENTLY like a vector illustration produced of a drawn character that is really fun, feminine, lovely and appealing. I have a few reference drawings and want the final vector product to look like photos I am able to supply. The character will be used in a personal video so I will need to be able to manipulate and pull apart the pieces to try and animate them. The same character would be produced wearing two different outfits - one which is a long dress and one which is a Santa outfit - but without the hat.
