Create 3D printable designs from 2D drawings

竞赛简介

Background: We are creating a product line of animal characters. The attached sketches show the preliminary designs of each animal: African Elephant, Polar Bear and Green Sea Turtle.

Request: We need an artist to create the three characters as seperate 3D models, keeping within the characteristics of the 2D designs. Once we settle on a 3D design, we will need the designer to make product specific adjustments and must have the capability to do so. Instructions with more details will follow after we pick a winner.

Criteria: We will need the designs as STL files for 3D printing. The final dimensions should be about 12 cm in length, but can be scaled later. These models are going to be made into plastic figures through injection molding. The designs need to be smooth on the outside and not have too many details.

    Yes, the appearance is cartoon like but with the most important features realistic looking. Proportions, certain body features, etc. Don't worry about eyes very much. When 3D printing the models small details are not very visible.
