竞赛简介

Hello - we're in urgent need os someone with decent photoshop skills to create something like the attached. (but NOT FBI - we need it to say LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPARTMENT)

We want a LAPD criminal wrap sheet.
It must include finger prints, a file photo, and the LAPD logo.
Other then that we want it to have the words NO ARRESTS. (as if the guys have nothing in their file).

2 file's needed UNDER THE FOLLOWING NAMES

KAZ ERZA
DETAILS SHOULD BE:
AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE
5'10
NO SCARES / FEATURES.
NO KNOWN ADDRESS.

AND

PAUL TANTER
CAUCAUSION MALE
5'10
NO SCARES / FEATURES.
NO KNOWN ADDRESS.

We're trying to make it look as detailed as possible - so you can add extra things to make it look good.
