**Introduction:**
Creative souls are called upon to partake in this whimsical design contest, drawn from the tapestry of a dream. Traverse the realms of fantasy and bring to life an endearing mystical creature.
**Description:**
The creature we're envisioning draws inspiration from a baby Pokemon Dragonite, but with a special twist.
**Key Features:**
1. **Size and Weight:** The baby mystical animal should weigh around 10 lbs and be comparable in size to a small Dragonite.
2. **Appearance:** The creature should embody a round, chubby form reminiscent of a cuddly puppy, ensuring it's irresistibly adorable.
3. **Wings:** Tiny blue wings that look curiously small against its plump body, accentuating its puppy-like innocence.
4. **Distinction from Dragonite:** While Dragonites echo the features of dinosaurs, this creature should exude the charm and squishiness of a chubby puppy.
**Guidelines:**
- Your design should be fresh and original.
- Both digital art and hand-drawn pieces are welcome. If you opt for hand-drawn, ensure it's scanned in high resolution.
