Google+ Page is simpler, but non the less important. Profile Photo Icon should be around 250 x 250 but can be bigger. I suggest 300 x 300 for better reproduction and sharpness. Google Recommends the fol owing for Page Cover: We recommend that you choose a photo that's 1080 x 608 pixels. The smallest photo you can choose is 480 x 270 pixels, and the largest photo you can choose is 2120 x 1192 pixels. https://support.google.com/plus/answer/1057172?hl=en I provided all recommended sizes + a mockup, to see how it fits on a real page.
