  @Patrick F. it's true that in Japan they use it to promote their anime and usually sponsored by or owned by the cafe itself. In my case many of the shops next door have logos and displays about animes and video games and I asked and there wasn't any issue.

     I was referring to the restaurant itself. Anime cafes are usually owned by the company who creates the cartoons.

  Hi there!! Man, I am beyond interested in participating in this content. I'm confident I can provide you the professional results you're seeking. The idea for this cafe is quirky and fun and I'm all for participating. Unfortunately the timing is a bit off, I'm currently in the process of moving to Portland Oregon (a place full of quirky business ideas) so I may not be able to enter until either the end of the contest or unless you end up extending it before it ends. Hope I get a chance to participate or I hope someone else is able to hit the idea just right.
