They already have a logo but we need to remake it.
I attached the photo of bus with their old logo and the mock-up for the new logo:
1. make it rectangle
2. dont use yellow
3. make buildings smaller, on the left

company name: KJ Remodeling
add "LICENSED | INSURED - like on photo and mockup

use colors:
Black and red -

They do mostly high end apartment renovations, commercial remodeling (restaurants, stores)
