Thank you for entering this contest! We are in need of a logo for our new fashion business. The brand is called Dulce Alke, meaning "Sweet Africa". Clothes are manufactured by women tailors in rural Rwanda and sold in the United States. Partial proceeds of the business are reinvested into the community of women through business training and storytelling workshops. To learn more about Dulce Alke, visit www.dulcealke.com.
We need a logo that can be used on the website, clothing tags, business cards, company letterhead, and social media. We would like a logo that has some symbolism of what we do incorporated into it, as the name of the brand is not easily recognizable to most people who won't know what it means. In addition, the logo should be very modern, simple, and bold, and in black and white (though some pop of color works as well).
