Design a Logo for "Spherica" (Human Resources & Technology Company)

竞赛简介
We need a logo to kick off our brand along with a solid color pallet. We are a start up HR and Technology company and so far we have secured spherica.co and .us - domains the .com is for sale and pending. Your thoughts on whether we use the .co and .us extensions are welcome if we do not secure .com - which one is best?
At the end of the day - this will solidify our brand identity - we are looking for a simple and fresh look in various color combinations. We are not married to any certain color combo - need at least two up to three maybe four if it works. Red white and blue is an option (one owner likes) but we would also like to see cobalt blues, greens, reds, orange.... what ever you as artist come up with. The logo needs to also look good on solid backgrounds i.e. all white or black, We like the ying - yang shape representing a balance (between HR/people and technology) and also a spheres - which are close. The logo cannot infringe on other Human resource management companies so it needs to be unique as we will need to check before choosing.
We will try to communicate as much as possible however - our availability will be limited (travel) and we will respond to questions when we can.

I said everything i had to say to the Ch that is what matters, and there is a way to see if the logo is used or not as Ch said by the "uspto", call them, send the image, and see if it's free. Winning or not, i have my mind quiet, and i don't need to waste time defending myself from people that i don't know who they are, i only know they are frustating and jealous people that needs to get strongh by trying to cause weakness on the others, i give you the same challenge on entry #461 , you get a prove that is a copy from a (((REGISTERED))) mark and i quit Design :) "syedfarrukhshah" i'm grow enough to avoid answer your bullies.
