We need a logo and brand identity created for WANTS (We are not the same)
The idea behind the name of the charity is the suggestion that Sickle Cell sufferers are superhuman. I'd like this to somehow be incorporated in the logo but not in the most obvious ways that may come to mind.
Sickle Cell Disease is centred around the abnormal shape and operation of the red blood cells and I wanted this also to form part of/be represented in the design.
The acronym WANTS is what I would prefer to be identifiable with the logo in bolder print with a smaller font underneath the logo reading; 'We Are Not The Same' and underneath that in a smaller font still, 'Sickle Cell Group'.
The colour scheme predominantly should be a vibrant red and can feauture gold to emophasise the superhuman aspect. Id like for the logo to have a clean and sophisticated finish, available to use on business cards, stationary, images, clothing etc.
