We are an agency for party related company. Our platform is to connect user with our vendor. We believe that everyone can be a party organizer themselves by using our platform. Party could be in various situation such as wedding, birthday, bachelor party, annual dinner and so on.
Requirement:-
• A logo with joy or party feeling. Our company name is i1Party. (Optional: You may combine i1 together.)
• We need a design for homepage, which must include following feature. We are welcome you to include extra design element as you wish.
o Slider
o An area for us to show our featured vendor.
• We need a four different themedesign for category pages.
o Wedding
o Birthday
o Personal (May be bachelor, house warming, farewell, etc.)
o Company (Annual dinner, annual event, etc.)
• We need design for selected vendor. (After user click, the vendor he/she interested).
o Following element must be include in this page.
 Area for displaying vendor contact information.
 Area for displaying vendor photo album.
 Area for displaying vendor profile image.

Is it fine, to directly code the website using html/css/bootstrap instead og making any design. I prefer coding?
