竞赛简介

We require a professional looking PDF order form for our wholesale customers.

PDF must be editable, so customers can enter their order and address ect and email back to us. We will also print this order form and send to customers.

Please use the attached word document for all of the data we require in our order form. I have also attached our company logo. The attached PDF is an example of what we would like. A neat, simple order form.

I would also like to be able to edit the form from our end when we receive new products so please provide instructions as to how to edit the template.

Please provide 1x Colour and 1x Black & White version.
