I want to put table tents on the tables of my restaurant and give a card to my customers and tell them to go to my website and write a testimonial about their experience.
I want a modern, elegant design.

IMPORTANT:
The address to my website has to be on white background!
I need a space on the cards and tents with white background where I can put an offer that they will get if they go to my website.
I need space with white background to put QR code.
I need PSD files so I can change anything if necessary.
Use attached file to provide the design of the table tent.
Table Tent size: 4.25" x 12" folded to 4.25" x 6"
Card size: 2" x 5.5" and 2.75" x 4"
CMYK mode
File has to be ready to print.
Minimum 350dpi.
I don't want you to check my website or anything about my restaurant since I want these designs to be unique.
I want a modern and elegant design.
The design of Table Tent and Card should match but be kinda different.

IMPORTANT: Do not put picture of food on the designs! I want a modern and elegant design without any food or drink.
