Design a Web Page Header Graphics (7 total)

竞赛简介
I need a main header image for a web page with a file size less then 450kb, and then 6 additional header images each representing 1 of the 6 company divisions with file size less then 350kb – (total 7 images). The current website is here: http://petroplatform.apps-1and1.com/ so you can see the current WP theme being used and where the images will go.
I'm not sure on the sizes as the image scales with window width, but the template image for the main banner is 1920x1080 and service banners are 1623x1080. Most browsers show the service banners with a height of 485 regardless of width - I sure hope that makes sense, kinda confusing to me. Ask me though, and I'll try and explain it better if needed, or you can just check out the web page and you'll see.
I have attached the PNG files of the company logos if you want to use these in the images that is fine, but not a requirement. The company is centered around oil and gas industry and is made up of these 6 divisions:
Human Resources – supplying industrial, managerial, and offshore labor workforce in oil and gas.
Software – Creating and distributing software – risk management, regulatory compliance, remote monitoring, and similar.
Capital Investment – Raising capital for startup business, joint ventures, both offshore and onshore drilling rig purchase and startup.
Drilling Services –All things related to operations of offshore drilling, production, and equipment. Including shipyard work, operational planning, engineering, construction.
OEM Support – Providing expertise for repair, upgrade, re-certification of equipment.
Consulting – General consulting service.

No person has considered a collage yet for the main graphic, something that ties in all of the services offered back to the main company and home page. That might be something to try.

Just a note of clarification, it is not necessary to maintain any of the text or the fonts (with the exception of the logos). The text is just the standard template text from Word Press. I see a lot of entries that are very generic, just a different background photo, but no other changes or creative display. Make a collage or add some lines or graphics to an image, change fonts, or whatever, but just swapping the photo out for another one likely won't win.- 6 年 之前

It's not that confusing regarding the paralax headers... they are set inside your template to display content up to 305px high and has 90px padding on all sides... hence 485px entire container... also the background size is set to cover so it stretches . Also there is a layer with black color opacity 60% rgba(0,0,0,0.6) over the images... so who ever is creating the images, keep that in mind...
