I need a webdesigner and a web programmer who can build a portal for a wireless internet provider.
You need to show experience in this area. In your first reply indicate which WISP you did something similar and whats the main challenges you had.
Work tasks will be done in the following milestones
a) overall design and structure of the portal. This is as a contest.
b) detailed visual design of individual pages. This will be done as normal work order
c) integration of API's into UBNT and scripting auf automatic configuration of equipment, billing and accounting.
If you have not done that before, don't bid or you get disqualified immediately.
Payment is done on hourly basis initially and once total work can be estimated it will be on fixed agreed price per milestone.
