General Notes
- Examples below are only suggestions, please think out of the box! The more interesting the better.
- Site should be responsive (what would a portal look like on a mobile device, tablets, etc.).
- Open to color scheme (think internet security products)
Home Page
- Marketing landing page with Logo, product information.
- Provides links on top to signup for product or signin
- Examples include:
- http://www.distilnetworks.com/
- http://www.crowdstrike.com/
- Don't be afraid to wow us with something different
Signup Page
- Normal signup information (first name, last name, email, username, password, phone number, address, company, website, promo code, etc)
Login Page
- Username, Password, Remember Me checkbox, Forgot username/password link, etc.
Landing Page & General Navigation
- Upon Login, defaults to the Monitor Page (see below)
- Navigation on the left hand side with links to:
- Configure
- Monitor
- User Admin
- Billing
Monitor Page
- If a configuration exists:
- Display Monitor Page:
- Examples:

- Visual graph should be filterable
- Filter link with a popup including:
- Geography
- Ability to add Name value pairs
- Tabular data below visual graph (Feel free to ask if you have questions on this section)
- Columns include:
- URL
- Alert Status (this will be a number, 0 - infinity)
- Deny Status (this will be a number, 0 - infinity)
- Once a row is clicked, expand row to show following columns (creates subrows):
- Subrows should be grouped by ALERT or DENY
- Once one of the subrows is clicked (ALERT or DENY), show the following data:
- Client IP Address
- Server IP Address
- Geography (country)
- Reputation (1-100)
- Once Detailed Row is clicked, display:
- Raw results of HTTP request
- If configuration does not exist:
- Display a greyed out Monitor Page with a link to create a configuration (links to Configuration Page)
Configuration Page
- This page needs the most UI/UX advice
- Configuration page should support ADD, Edit, Delete functionality for each configuration
- Page should include the following elements
- Configurations (1, 2, etc..) - These are broken by hostname (www.example.com, www1.example.com, www2...)
- Each configuraiton should include:
- Match Target Groups (end user can add or remove each element)
- Each Match Target group would contain:
- URL Paths (MANDTORY - end user can add or remove each element)
- Match Criteria (end user can add or remove each element, but the elements must be one of the following - ex. from a drop down). Match Critera can be combined with AND or OR function
- Reputation
- Number between 0 and 100 (could be slider and/or form)
- Rate of Requests
- Number field
- per Seconds/Minutes/Hours
- Geography
- Country or Continent
- Custom (Name Value Pair)
- Behaviors:
- Alert
- Deny
Billing Page
- Graph showing usage of product (Mbps, total traffic in GB per month, or number of requests a server saw per month)
- Credit card information and current bill amount
- Ability to see old monthly invoices (Payment History)
- Billing Configuration
- How is each configuration billed, and to who (ex. Configuration 1 billed to Credit Card 1)
- Ex: console.aws.amazon.com
Admin Page
- User portal to configure or change user credentials
- Role based user configuration (Admin, Read Only, Developer (granular to Configuration), Billing, Custom [Combination of any of the others])
Support Page
- View Existing Tickets
- Ticket Number
- Ticket Title
- Ticket Status (Open, Assigned, Closed)
- Open Tickets
- Severity
- Title of Ticket
- Descri

what the meaning of rating 5star? if you are still looking for more design, first downgrade all the entries by 1 star, see how it work's. Nobody like to participate in the contest where already 18 Entries are top or don't like to invest time?

The reality is a lot of them share the same elements from the examples I've given. Five star just means it looks good to me. Again, I'm more concerned about other pages. Not all the five star entries you've seen are pages outside of the home page.

Everyone, I have extended the contest by 7 days. For those who have been involved before today, I will give preference for making sure I provide as much detail as possible -- I promise. I NEED to see every page before making a decision. I will NOT extend the competition after the 7 days are over. Some of you have asked for a Skype session to make sure you understand the requirements. I will make every effort. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I will sadly be unavailable between 8 AM - 6:30 PM EST Tuesday - Friday this week (also the other reason why I'm extending this competition). If you can be available outside of those times, I will make every effort to make sure I can fit you in.

Everyone can participate in the contest. A winner has not been selected. A winner will be selected based on all pages entered, not just home pages. I may extend the contest, but Freelancer charges a significant amount to extend a contest of this size. Looking forward to all entries. A little over 50 hours left!

Hey everyone! Overall all "home pages" are looking good, but I haven't seen many entries for the following pages (thanks to all who have though!). I'll be sending feedback privately to each entry. In the meanwhile, stay tuned for wireframes for the configuration pages and monitor pages (in NO WAY do you have to follow my guidelines, I'm not a UI/UX genius :) ).
