Design 2 different Logo's for THE BEST BAR & CAFE IN THE WORLD!

Logo #1
Logo is for an existing restaurant www.surferssandbar.com.au - This logo needs to be updated as we are renovating our restaurant.
The new name will be simply SANDBAR not Surfers Sandbar. I want the text to have some red in it or completely red. I want to see black versions as well.
I want to keep the logo as simple as possible but still have an edge somewhere. Maybe a bit of serif on a letter of the S and R be larger than the rest. Im open to any ideas so please be creative. Also open to double lined text. We are by the beach and next to a lifeguard tower so the logo needs to also include a modern line department of a lifeguard tower or a surfboard or a palm tree (examples attached)
Also I want the logo to have the following words underneath the logo:
BAR & RESTAURANT or
BAR & FOOD or
BAR | RESTAURANT

Logo #2
Logo is for an existing Cafe which is being renovated also and theme changed, it has the same font as Surfers Sandbar but we want a totally different style of logo to the new SANDBAR one mentioned above.
The new name of the cafe is CAFFEINE.
Logo needs to be in a very simple cursive but very clear font. Also in Red and/or black. Not sure if is should be in upper case or lower so once again I will appreciate some creativeness and great ideas. There needs to be a little creative twist on basic text just like I stated in SANDBAR logo and not just simply a text found on dafont - wether it be a little mark on a letter or a custom letter or a little logo made.

Can you all please look at the uploaded file CAFFEINE HAND DRAWN - this is a really bad hand drawn version of what im looking after... If you can refine it and play around with this design that would be great....
Also can you add something extra into the logo like some coffee beans or something similar
