You are required to:
Design logo & create a professional colour palette complementary with the logo (see http://colormind.io/bootstrap/#)
Output logo for different use cases into various sizes and each size by
(a) transparency - solid || transparent;
(b) colour - full colour || black & white || grayscale.

#19 is a nice concept... It just needs some context. For instance, what do the colours stand for? What will a square logo look like? What does the colour mix/palette look like?
