Please design me a MODERN front cover for a real estate focused magazine that will be published monthly.
This is a magazine to complement our website www.propertybook.co.zw
Keep in mind, the following will remain the same for all issues published so must work with a variety of colour backgrounds:-
The magazine name is "Propertybook" and we would like it to say ".co.zw" in small so readers know to look at our website.
Our logo needs to appear on the cover.
"The Magazine" is the magazines sub title. (as we wish to differentiate it from our website.
Our logo font is tunga (as you will see on the website logo). Having said this, if it does not fit or look right we will consider another font.
Our colours are as seen on our logo.
The dateline must be present in the following format “Month/Year”.
Please put an issue number on as. Issue 1
The magazine is free so please indicate this in a manner that people walking past it in a shopping market rack will clearly see and know they may just pick one up and take it.
The below text will change from issue to issue but fonts must not be the same however must always remain complimentary to the logo and other fonts used:-
Please have additional titles to show content in the magazine to do with property/interior design/gardening/travel... (these will change from publication to publication as they do in magazines. You may use as many or as few of these as you wish, remembering it is being printed on A5).
There must be a main cover line/title which you must make it stand out.
Please use grids when designing the cover as it must be presented in an organized structure on the page to please the reader, not a chaotic one.
General information:-
Please do up on international paper A5 148cm x 210cm with a 3mm bleed all around.
The images in the background must be residential property and not on the ocean. Preferably, upper end/high value properties in Africa.
Please use 3 completely different image colour backgrounds for the pictures so we can see the difference and make sure the given requirements work on any colour background image (meaning the property pictures).
We are targeting middle to upper class individuals, both men and women but predominantly women.
Be creative and keep it modern, as this is a new magazine, it needs to JUMP OUT at its potential readers so we get it off the shelves QUICKLY.
The cover must NOT be cluttered.
Please present the magazine so we can see the full cover easily, 3D is fine but often designs are entered into a competition and we cannot clearly see them.
There is a good possibility of future work for the winner as they will have taken the time to understand our brand.
***Please make this look like a professional magazine and not a cartoon or comic book***
