I'm looking for someone to create a physical representation of my digital course. The example is the boxed fitness set image (for reference).

Must use the module 1-4 images with an image like so:

Module 1 (shown as a box) with 1 matching DVD (labeled lessons 1.1 - 1.6)

Module 2 (shown as a box) with 1 matching DVD (labeled lessons 2.1 - 2.5)

Module 3 (shown as a box) with 1 matching DVD (labeled lessons 3.1 - 3.5)

Module 4 (shown as a box) with 1matching DVD (labeled lessons 4.1 - 4.6)

Ebook (spiral bound) with course workbook image as the cover.
