The required job consists of the design of a series of washing platforms and accessories.
Refer the attached pics for ideal result.
The system shall be composed by the lower number of parts is possible.
Platform series (wash racks) shall be designed as follow
a) one wash rack module with ideal dimensions 5700x1700mm for heavy application (max load 6000 kg on 500x250mm; truck wheels)
b) one wash rack module with ideal dimensions 2700x1200mm for medium applications (max load 1500 kg on 200x200mm; Van wheels)
c) one wash rack module with ideal dimensions 1700x 700mm for light applications (max load 400 kg on 120x120mm; car wheels and miscellaneous loads)
d) a set of side panels 1.5mt height, able to be installed on each kind of module
e) accessing ramps able to be used for any kind of module
Each module type shall be able to be connected to other - as Lego - similar modules in order to create a washing platform (rectangular) of different sizes
The modules, linked together as per customer preference, will be used to recycle the wast water produced by washing operations.
Consequently, opportune hydraulic connections have to be considered and included in order to let customer extracts the waste waters and clean / dispose them
According to the engineering preferences of the Freelancers, the extraction point can be included into the platform or, at the opposite, collected into an external chamber where will be possible to insert a dredge pump.
Mandatory targets are:
platforms have to be made in the cheaper possible manner. This means that waste materials have to be reduced to the minimum.
Where possible, use zinc coated plates in order to limit the painting as much as possible
the assembly operations have to be easy
no leakages have to be ensured
The modules can be designed with slope “plate top” (as in pict Ex1 and Ex2) or with tank and grids (as in ExB and ExC) according to the preferences of the designer.
Required job is the production of the following files for each solution:
preliminary PDF 3D for pre evaluation
3D construction drawings (file Solid Edge ST7)
2D dwg construction drawings
Optionally, and with separate Fee, the production of shop manual may be required. Compensation will be defined together
Easy and clean design, easy production process, materials economy will be high evaluated into the scoring of each project.
