I am looking for two designs.
1) a 24" x 24 "open house" sign with a 1/2" bleed (so 24.5" x 24.5")
2) a 36" x24 "for sale" sign" also with 1/2" bleed (so 36.5" x 24.5")
All information needs to be 2" from the edge.

I am a real estate agent in Los Angeles and need something crisp, modern, minimal, and hip. I need to put the Keller Williams Logo somewhere small and somewhat discrete as I am mainly promoting my own brand. The main focus should be my name.

Under my name it should say Realtor® and CA DRE #02079130. Under that it needs to say my phone number 323.333.6405, and small under that Christine@ChristineReganRealtor.com

In small print near the bottom it needs to say, "Each office is independently owned and operated. Broker DRE #01811831

I have attached my logo, the Keller Williams logo and some signs I like.
