I have 6 icons I need drawn

The icons are to have the following names on them

1. 40mm Motors
2. 50mm Motors
3. Wirefree Motors
4. Controls
5. Switches
6. Wiring

The background needs to be dark blue and the writing white. Attached is an example of similar icons done previously
