Need a business card, letterhead, mail envelop, title envelope & CD/Media order form created to all match and create a branding guideline. We already have a great logo and website which can be found at www.tlcupc.com.

Business card: feel free to go with either portrait or landscape view, and any size, up to you.
Order Form: should include name, date, sermon title, who preached, quantity.
Letterhead & mail envelope: standard
Title/Offering envelope: recommend designing for the size of a small mail envelope, big enough to fit money but not too big. Infomation needed here is name, amount, a few per-determined giving options 1) tithe 2) Youth Ministry 3) Ladies Ministry 4) Childrens Ministry 5) Other __________________
