Hello creative minds, we are about to start with new service delivery model for our customers (patients) that is going to be launched under a new company label and name. For this we need everything restyled and we are hoping to find someone how can help us out with the creative part of this.
We have been delivering medical services to children with neurological disorders for past 15 years. And we are upgrading the services to make them integrated, cohesive, convenient and multidisciplinary. Excellence, professional expertise and evidence based management are our key strenghts.
Following is the description of our service-
We offer integrated, evidence- based and comprehensive services to children and adolescents in the field of neurology, epilepsy, neurodevelopmental disabilities (NDD) &neuropsychiatry. We have neuro-physiology, neuro-rehabilitation and clinical psychology facilities integrated to improve the diagnosis and management. We have also integrated allied branches like endocrinology, speech-language pathology and audiology. We believe that best outcome is possible only when everything is offered under one roof and fitted like a jigsaw. Excellence in care & evidence based management is our motto and we continuously strive towards it. We believe that the patient can benefit best if we add good service delivery model as well.’
Design Need
We have an existing logo which may be modified or you can design a completely new logo. Our logo should contain the word ‘EN1 NEURO’ and also a graphic depiction of brain+/- child. We are looking for a brand identity which is more than a simple logo.
Stylistic Guideline: Fresh Modern Professional Sophisticated Elegant & Easy to relate to by patients, their families and professional colleagues.
We will use the logo now and in the future in our corporate theme- website, brochures, business cards, fonts, envelopes. We want full corporate kit, we want a design that is cohesive throughout the stationary – 1.Business cards (Company Name, Name, Company position, Phone number, Email address and Website URL) 2.Brochure 3.Catalog 4. Files 5.Sticky notes 6.Receipts receiving/paying Invoices 7.Envelops 3 different sizes 8.Letter head (A4 size) 9.HTML Email Footer Template 10 Presentation Folder 11. Medical Referral forms (You must be able to complete the form on any computer (PDF/Adobe version which can be completed on any PC. Other formats of forms that work and behave in the same manner on any computer are also welcome. Templates for making other forms with the same design would be required) 12. Stickers.
The logo should be delivered as a high-res PSD with dimensions of 2028x472 so we can use for clothing and also scale down for use on our websites. The winner will need to provide layered PSD files for all designs including all fonts and colors used and any additional necessary documents and files. Templates from Vista-Print should be used for sizing and designs. You should stay within these specifications to help with printing.
The person who wins the contest will definitely be part of our ongoing designing requests in the near future. The person who wins the contest, will use the material confidentially and will send all the original and editable files to us.
