After passing the child from primary to high school (national language literacy test) successfully, the child who had Gerstmann Syndrome is a teenager now facing severe difficulties in public inclusive integrated school that included mild special needs students failed all subjects including national language, English, Mathematics and others. The child has refused to grow up to answer personality and career interest quiz to know his interested field nor ambition early and positively. He cannot comprehend objectives nor subjectives as he took more than an hour to answer MCQ questions without the ability to fill in the blanks correctly. Furthermore, he failed dyslexia writing with thinking speed assessment in English, Mother Tongue and National Language too. A creative and simple original game with suitable difficulty level is required for teenagers to pass English objectives and subjective test for Year 7-9 onwards. Key to win the award is originality that enable the Gerstmann Syndrome student can learn the language thoroughly ranges from grammar to writing through gaming.
