Graphic Designer need to create a Special Effects CV with real IMPACT!

We 'd like to commission someone to create a dramatic and impactful CV for a Master Special Effects Technician.
Think Pyrotechnics, Flames, Smoke, Wind, Snow, Sparks and Lightning - these are images that represent the skills and experience of PyroTom the client.
We need to get all the relevant info on there in a double sided A4 format that we'll get professionally printed as though it's a flyer / double-sided poster.
1st side should feature all the normal CV info - please see page one of the attached .pdf doc for the data that should be included on there.
2nd side should feature a selection of this experience preferably visually categorized as either 'Live Events & Tours', 'Corporate', 'Television', 'Feature Films', 'Promotional / Advertisement' or 'Music Videos'. The current tick matrix is not required just a way of highlighting the depth and breadth of his experience in all the effects across all the environments.
PLEASE ADD / FEATURE THE RIO OLYMPIC GAMES 2016 OPENING AND CLOSING CEREMONIES as this is his latest job that has not yet been added to the .pdf doc.
It will of course need updating periodically so we'd like to have a file to update included in the fixed price.
PyroTom favours black, purple and red themes but this is not essential.
We've attached the old .pdf CV so you can see the current content.
We've attached 2 photos of PyroTom if you'd like to use his image or silhouette.
If you choose to create a logo / branding for PyroTom himself for use in this piece we may choose to give you a further commission to develop this into other works i.e. business cards, email signature blocks etc...
As his name is 'Locke' PyroTom likes padlock / key images. He has not decided what to name his new company when we registers it but has been playing with the idea of 'Locked Down FX' etc... Skulls and sexy heavy metal imagery are the order of the day while avoiding outmoded iron maiden album covers.
These are just ideas - use them - don't use them - it's over to you.
The sky's the limit with your imagination on this one - a fun piece as well as something bold for the portfolio!

This should not look like a Word.doc or anything that could be created in a regular Office software package. We were inspired by creative and unique CVs we saw when we Googled 'Graphic Desigener CV' images. The final piece should look more like a poster / flyer than a regular document. Hope this helps.
