I have two pictures one a fashion man on a vespa the other a fashion woman on a vespa. We are creating a fun wallpaper for a restaurant bathroom - the print will be 70 inches wide and 117 inches in height. I need both of these photos turned into a halftone effect - but with some cool design effect using the colour red - or would even consider multiple colours. if you look at the video tutorial link here https://youtu.be/1QEx2n3uIAU you will see what we are looking for.
We would even consider full colour but with a dotted effect.

If you want to print 70 inches wide and 117 inches hight, you must need to provide High resolution photos, otherwise all work will be wast of time.
