Help me pick a name for a new app.

Getting ready to launch an app, and I'm out of ideas for the name. I'm looking for a creative person to come up with relevant suggestions that we can take forward.
Our app is targeted towards the elderly, and helps with scheduling, reminders, etc.
Key themes of the brand;
- Helpful
- Simple
- Connection
- Communication
- Supportive
- For the elderly
- Family
- Caring
We do not want any direct reference to medication, pills, or scheduling however.
Will be 2-4 syllables, and probably 1 word, however as the app will be launched in several European languages, so there is no need for it to be English. The word must be phonetically spelt however
Feel free to submit lists of idea which build on a theme. Logos are not required.
Availability of a matching domain (but not necessarily .com) will be important.
