竞赛简介
We need a mock of the home page for new website to be developed called testershub.net
testershub.net will be a global database of professional software testers. Users will register, upload their resumes and create their profiles, showcasing their skills for potential employment.
Recruiters (companies and agencies) will be able to search profiles, buy access and download full resumes.
The website is intended for the following groups of people:
Professional testers - they will upload their CVs and create profiles so recruiters can find and contact; they also search and apply for jobs
Recruiters - they search and buy access to candidates; they also post jobs
Software producers - companies that have software products can advertise them
Training providers - companies that provide learning and training can advertise their services
Readers - any user that comes to the site to read about articles, trends, blogs and help tips
Publishers - individuals who publish free and paid materials like articles and code snippets
The website will be simple and clean. It will focus on finding testers, rather than jobs so it does not sound like a job portal. There will be quick and advanced searches for candidates.
The main page will also display categories (like specialties, industries and tools) with number of candidates next to them. It should also showcase promoted articles published in the system. The website will take inspiration from reed.co.uk and kupsprzedaj.pl

That would be my preference but Freelancer has made it too expensive to seal contents; the fee is half of my budget for the contest.
